Packages include priority scheduling. Each appointment date and transportation plan must be confirmed; purchasing a package does not reserve every date automatically.

Door-to-vehicle assistance, with wheelchair access and securement for wheelchair transportation.

If you’d like a pharmacy visit or another stop along the way, those arrangements can be planned when you book.
Priority pickup windows
A narrower priority pickup window can be requested during booking, subject to availability. This is separate from the priority scheduling included in prepaid packages.
Package use, cancellations, and refunds follow the Refund Policy. Review the policy before arranging your plan.

Before you book
The first 10 miles are included, measured from Merit Care’s business location. Standard mileage charges apply starting at mile 11. We review your route and vehicle availability, then confirm any additional mileage charge separately. Payment for additional mileage is due within 24 hours after trip capacity is confirmed.
Wheelchair planning: If the combined weight of the rider and wheelchair exceeds 250 pounds, please call before booking to discuss your transportation needs. Bariatric transportation is not currently available.
Private-pay transportation. Medicaid and insurance are not accepted at this time.
